12th Doctoral Conference of the Iberus International Campus of Excellence (Jaca, June 17–19, 2026)

Willing to meet doctoral students of all disciplines from different universities?
Are you able to convey how fascinating your thesis work is?
Willing to test your skills as a communicator of your research?

If your answer is YES, we invite you to participate in the Doctoral Conference - Campus Iberus  that will take place from 17 to 19 June, 2026 at the University Residence, in Jaca. Website

The objective of the conference is to promote relationships and communication between doctoral students, regardless of their research area, while offering various activities, especially aimed at improving the transversal skills.

The activity program includes conferences, workshops, etc. There are also several sessions devoted to the presentations of the research work of doctoral students.  New this year, there are several ways to participate:

  • Oral presentations (12 min + 3 min for Q&A), which may be presented in either English or Spanish.
  • Posters, which must be written in English. Participants are also offered the opportunity to present their poster as a 5-minute "flash talk" in English.
The organization would like to highlight that the approach of the presentations must facilitate understanding by researchers from other disciplines. We would also like to encourage interested participants to submit their work in English.  Oral presentations in English are welcome!!
 

Who are they addressed to?   Doctoral students enrolled in any of the doctoral programs of the four Campus Iberus Universities are invited to participate.


REGISTRATION
The registration deadline is May  7th, 2026.

Registration is free and includes accommodation and lunch meals at the University Residence. For more information, please consult the WEB of the XII Doctoral Conference of Campus Iberus.

The application form must be completed online, (link on the Website) providing the required documentation:
a) The summary of your communication (about your PhD Thesis project)
b) A motivation letter with the approval of the thesis supervisor will be required.
